1. What types of night lights does Chowandtabby offer? We offer a variety of soothing night lights including:

  • Color-changing LED night lights
  • Dimmable nursery lamps
  • Plug-in hallway & bathroom night lights

2. What shipping options are available? We offer these to U.S. customers:

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.

3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free: 7–14 business days

We’ll email a tracking number as soon as your night light is on its way!

4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding – sign up for our newsletter for updates!

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, unopened items in original packaging. If your night light arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). Customer pays return shipping unless the issue is ours. See our full Returns page for details.

6. Are your night lights safe for children? Yes! All our night lights use cool-to-touch LED technology (no heat), low-voltage power, and child-safe materials. Many are UL/ETL certified. We recommend supervising young children during first use and choosing plug-in or rechargeable models for nursery safety.

7. How do I care for my night light?

  • Wipe the exterior gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth.
  • Avoid submerging in water or using harsh cleaners.
  • For rechargeable models: Charge only with the included cable.
  • Dust the projector lens occasionally with a microfiber cloth. Specific care instructions are included with each product.
